wow this is embarrassing.

so, Mike and I agreed to do a little challenge. In 3 months we are going to get hard rock abs and see who’s the best at getting shit done.

A little back story, I moved to the middle of city 3 months ago and it was a tiring process. I have to look for a new place, and most importantly a new gym. I tried several small private gyms and they’re all packed to the hilt. I guess getting all swole is the new thing now among the guys. So I decided to join Fitness First, mainly because there offers adequate facilities. Oh, a buffet of eye candy helps too. The problem is, I cannot train as hard as I used to because I become so self conscious in this new place. The place is infested with Zyzz looking arab douchebags and also chubby girls (and gays) fan-girling on resident personal trainers. 

I notice that I’ve been lacking in my work out because there are just too many distractions. I got reunited with my old friends, and they’re dragging me every night out to have mindless fun. I can feel that I’m turning into a fat slob with most of my muscle mass disappeared. 

So this is the current me - a skinny fat faggot. For the past week I had slaved myself on the treadmill and I don’t think it works on my favor. I feel I gain little improvement and it didn’t shows. I have to tackle this from the different angle. I think I’ll stick to my old compound work out but with heavier weights. I’ll run once or twice a week just to get my metabolism firing. We’ll see what happen.
